Project 2 Proposal

Directions:

Thoroughly read BOTH project 2s for Hypothesis Testing. Then decide which one you will do.

Which project did you decide to do (circle one)?

  • Hypothesis Testing 2A
  • Hypothesis Testing 2B

If you are doing 2A:

  • Where did you find your article? If you found it on the Internet, include the URL.
  • Write a brief summary of your article. USE THE BACK.
  • How do you plan to collect your data? Answer the following.
    - Do you plan to do a survey or do you plan to get data from the Internet?
    - Explain, your sampling technique. The choices are systematic, cluster, stratified, or simple random (from Chapter 1 in the Blue Text).

If you are doing 2B:

  • Write a BRIEF summary of your project. USE THE BACK.
  • Will you collect data or will you make up statistics (like the sample mean, etc., as is done in some of the lesson 9 homework problems)


Please fill out the following errespective of your choice of IIA or IIB:

  • I am testing ONE Population Proportion Mean (Circle One)
  • State the two hypotheses in WORDS.
